$8,700.00 (November to April)

$5,700.00 (May thru October)

For Booking here is the process:

Process: A credit link is provided where you fill out the application directly and pay application fee online.

Scan over drivers license for all adults listed on application.
After Approval, Deposit and seasonal lease would need to be completed within 48 hrs of delivery from our atttorneys Heiss Weiss & Wolk.
Balance of monies are due within 60 days of seasonal start date.
Payments can be made via check, money order, Zelle or wire.

Additional Charges:

$50 per adult application fee.
$275 cleaning fee ( If cleanings are desired during your stay, direct arrangements can be made with our vendor at a lower rate )
13% sales/tourist tax will be charged to ALL rentals less than 7 months per state law.
Security dep $3500-$6700 depending on credit report findings.
